Jubilee Park Playspace

Working with Frankston City Council and Baluk Arts, a playspace was developed which subtly integrates and intreprets some of the indigenous culture of the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula area.

The lower section tells of the creation of Port Phillip Bay, and some of the activities which used to occur here.

Red rendered cliffs, echoing those at Mornington, have embedded animals by Honeyweather and Speight, and there are more laser cut creatures to hunt in the accessible structure at the top of the cliff.

This playspace was developed while at Urban Initatives.
